1Who we are and what this is

Suhail is provided by [not yet set — SUHAIL_LEGAL_ENTITY] ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and you for your use of Suhail at this address and any app installed from it. By creating an account, or by using Suhail, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Suhail.

2Who may use Suhail

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Suhail acts in your name on websites and may authorise payments you approve, so it is not for minors. You may only use Suhail on accounts, services and websites that are yours or that you are authorised to operate.

3What Suhail does

Suhail is a software agent. You give it a task in plain words; it opens a web browser on our server, reads the pages it finds, and carries out the task by clicking, typing and navigating the way a person would, pausing to ask you when it needs a decision or a step only you can take. It is driven by a large language model.

Suhail does not guarantee that a task will be completed, that a result is correct, complete or current, or that a website will behave as expected. Suhail is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor, travel agent or other professional, and nothing it tells you is professional advice. You are responsible for checking anything that matters before you rely on it.

4Your instructions and your authority

When you give Suhail a task you authorise it to act on your behalf to carry that task out, including on websites that require you to be signed in. You confirm that:

Suhail does not fill in details it was not given. Where a page needs a fact you did not supply, it asks you.

5Approval gates

Suhail stops and asks you before: paying or entering payment details; entering a one-time code; using a stored credential for the first time in a session; submitting a form to a government service; sending an email or message; or taking an action that appears irreversible. You may approve, decline, or take control of the browser yourself.

Anything you approve is your decision. When you approve a payment, a submission or a message, you are instructing Suhail to complete it, and the consequences — the charge, the filing, the sent message — are yours in the same way as if you had done it by hand. Suhail's detection of these moments is careful but not infallible; if it fails to pause where you expected it to, tell us so we can fix it, and take control of the browser whenever you prefer to act yourself.

6Limits Suhail enforces

Every run is bounded. Suhail will not take more than 100 actions, spend more than $5.00 on model computation, or authorise more than $25.00 in payments on the web in a single run, and a single run cannot work for longer than 60 minutes not counting time spent waiting for you. When a limit is reached the run stops, keeps what it found, and can be resumed by you. These limits are ours to set and may change; the current values are shown in Suhail.

Suhail never solves or bypasses a CAPTCHA, bot check or access control, never pretends to be a human where a site asks, and never uses a false identity. Where a site blocks automated access, Suhail stops and hands the page to you.

7Stored credentials

You may store passwords and similar secrets in Suhail so it can sign in for you. They are encrypted on our server, are never shown to the model or included in any transcript or screenshot, are bound to the website you registered them for and cannot be entered anywhere else, and can be deleted by you at any time. You remain responsible for keeping them current and for the security of the accounts they open. Tell us immediately at [not yet set — SUHAIL_LEGAL_CONTACT] if you believe your Suhail account or a stored credential has been compromised.

8Credits and charges

Suhail is paid for with credits denominated in US dollars. A new account receives $5.00 of credit once, on us.

You are charged only for a run that hands you a result. When a run finishes and gives you something — an answer, a document, a page it reached and stopped at for your approval — you are charged the cost of the model computation it used plus a 200% margin, and never less than $0.25 for that run. A run that stops without handing you anything — because a site blocked it, because it ran out of steps, budget or time, or because it could not do what you asked — costs you nothing. While a run is in progress its cost is held against your balance so that you cannot start more than you can pay for; the hold is released if the run ends without a result.

Replies in chat are charged the cost of their computation plus the same margin, with no minimum. The per-run limits in §6 bound what any single run can cost you.

You can buy more credit by card. If you turn on automatic top-up, we will charge the card you saved when your balance falls below the threshold you set, and you can turn it off at any time in your account. Prices are shown in US dollars; where an amount is shown in Kuwaiti dinars it is a conversion for your convenience and the dollar amount governs. Credit is not refundable except where the law requires it, does not accrue interest, and cannot be transferred. When your balance reaches zero, no new run starts and a running task stops at its next step.

9Your content and your data

The tasks you write, the files you upload and the results Suhail produces for you are yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the service providers named in our privacy policy, solely to run Suhail for you. We claim no other rights in them. Content on the websites Suhail visits belongs to whoever owns those sites and is subject to their terms.

10Acceptable use

You must not use Suhail to break the law, to harm, harass or defraud anyone, to gain access you are not entitled to, to scrape or overload a website, to interfere with Suhail or any other user, or to attempt to extract our prompts, keys or the identity of our providers. We may stop a run or suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used in these ways.

11Availability and changes

Suhail is an early product. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or any level of service, and we may change, limit or withdraw features. We may change these terms; if a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in Suhail before it takes effect, and your continued use after that is acceptance. The effective date of the current wording is at the top of this page.

12Liability

To the fullest extent the law of Kuwait allows: we are not liable for the acts or failures of any website or service Suhail operates on your behalf; for any action you approved at a gate or took yourself in the browser; for a task not completed, completed late, or completed with an error; or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for credit in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything the law does not allow to be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live are not affected by these terms.

13Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from your account page or by writing to us; any unused credit is forfeited except where the law requires otherwise. We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, or on 30 days' notice for any reason, in which case we will refund unused purchased credit. Sections 9, 12 and 14 survive the end of the agreement.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim in the country where you live where that right cannot be excluded. Please contact us first; most problems are quicker to fix than to litigate.
